There wasn't a single person in the group who said they wouldn't come with Raze. In a lot of ways, this collective decision just cemented their relationship.
They didn't have to come; they were under no obligation to follow him, just as they hadn't been obligated to leave Pagna to follow him into this life either. Yet, here they were.
Raze looked at them and felt a familiar weight. During this life, a life he never truly wanted to lead, he now had people he wanted to protect again.
