Ivor had been traveling around the city, heading from barracks to barracks. He had given different people roles after assessing what they were able to do.
At the same time, he was the one who would tell them what they were meant to do in case there was trouble in the city, the way Harbour wanted to deal with them. It was safe to say that it was the hardest Ivor had ever worked, because there was a fear in him.
Walking through the streets, he was heading to the next barracks location. Here there was to be another assessment of new recruits with good pay to join, trying to get in the people and wanderers just like the time before.
