In the world of Alterian, Idore and his Noble Guild had many bases around the cities in various countries around the world. There was even a building for the Grand Magus where all five would meet up.
It was a building to be used as they wished, built with funds donated by various countries.
It was also a place where leaders would gather with the Grand Magus as mediators in the whole thing. A city named Ion City was the city where the main base of the Noble Guild was located, and there were a number of buildings owned by the guild located in the city.
