As the organization grew larger, with more departments being established in Xihua Bay, and requiring more office space, this new courtyard was built just a few months ago. It houses the newly formed "Zhong Ming Group," led by Tie Shixin's "Secretariat," and the "Jinchuan Song and Dance Troupe" responsible for public relations.

Entering the courtyard, one immediately sees young people rushing around with documents. They stopped to greet Jin Feng, who responded with a smile. A wooden sign hung outside the building in the northwest corner of the courtyard, displaying the words "Jinchuan Song and Dance Troupe."

Compared to the other departments, the atmosphere here was much more relaxed. Inside the main building, several young women were either studying scripts or designing costumes.
