Second, the Jin King was not only responsible for supplying the food and provisions for the joint Jin-Barbarian army but also had to prepare an additional supply of food and resources for fifty thousand soldiers, which would be provided to the Eastern Barbarian troops after they recaptured Yuguancheng Fortress.
Third, after the Eastern Barbarians occupied Yuguancheng Fortress, they could help the Jin King deal with the "biao shi" (courier/mercenary groups) airships and could also send cavalry to assist the Jin King in dealing with the Zhenyuan "biao ju."
