The two pilots maneuvered the hot air balloon over the Dongman encampment for a long time, but they couldn't pinpoint the location of the main tent. In the past, they would have had multiple balloons and simply rained grenades down on the densest area of tents.
However, now they only had one balloon, making a comprehensive attack impossible. Furthermore, after several days of defending the city, their supply of grenades was dwindling rapidly.
They were running low on grenades within the city walls and needed to conserve them. After nearly half an hour of circling, the two pilots realized they couldn't wait any longer and decided to risk it all by bombing the tents at the very center of the encampment.
