At the entrance of Xihewan Village, there is an open space that serves as the village's threshing ground. Any village meetings or gatherings are held here.
Before the textile factory was established, when it was mealtime, almost half the village would gather at this spot, each proudly displaying the few drops of oil in their bowls while boasting.
Even if there wasn't a meeting or it wasn't mealtime, a group of children would often play wildly here.
