The Battle of Dayangpo has already become a popular topic in the capital, and storytellers naturally couldn't resist using it as source material. They have three favorite segments to tell.
The first is always about Jin Feng.
The second is about the historical figure known as the "Nine Princess," who was the first to beat drums on the battlefield. And the third is about the escort agents of the Zhenyuan Escort Agency. In particular, they love telling the stories of Zhang Liang leading his five hundred Black Armor soldiers through enemy lines and of capturing the enemy commander during the final battle - tales that are often embellished to an almost unbelievable degree.
