The City of Light, number sixteen, is built in the center of a valley backed by a cliff, surrounded entirely by tall and sturdy stone walls.
The stone wall is made of special concrete and covered with corrosion-resistant alloy steel plates, giving it excellent impact resistance.
Meanwhile, many track mechanisms are set up around the perimeter of the wall, which allow large forging tools to slide and cut at high speed.
