Theo remained silent for nearly a full minute, his piercing gaze sweeping across the street like a hawk surveying its prey. His expression was unreadable, and his body remained completely still, making Leonid and Kiri even more anxious. Then, finally, he lifted his hand and pointed in a specific direction, "There." Leonid and Kiri instantly turned their heads, following Theo's finger. At first glance, it appeared to be nothing more than an ordinary scene - a man in his fifties, round-faced and cheerful, stepping out of his small yet well-maintained home. His full figure suggested a comfortable life, and his face radiated warmth as he opened the door with a wide, toothy grin. With an enthusiastic laugh and a few hearty pats on the shoulder, he bid farewell to three guests who had just left his home.
