Pryce's personal guard consisted of a relatively small number of soldiers, only 20 in total. These were all seasoned veterans who had seen combat, and they had been carefully selected and personally trained by Pryce.
These individuals, trained according to the methods used for elite special forces units, were incredibly formidable. Each one could hold their own against Wes in a fight, and their marksmanship was exceptional.
They were essentially super-soldiers bought and paid for. They spent considerable amounts of money on ammunition every day just to maintain their skills, and they were as familiar with their weapons as they were with their own hands.
