In a spacious and brightly lit office, a man wearing a brown suit threw a report onto the desk and rubbed his temples.
The office contained six desks arranged facing each other, most of which were piled high with documents, and several officials were busy at work. Despite their busyness, they still managed to engage in gossip and casual conversation.
He looked tired and complained to the man sitting opposite him: "Can you believe it? Just a week ago, Bunras had only 650,000 residents. Now, it has 700,000."
