If Dorn were attacked by the Kingdom of Xylin and the Kingdom of Taren on land, the safety of Hot Wind Port wouldn't be guaranteed.
Pryce's only support right now is Bernard's fleet, so he can't let the fleet continue south into dangerous waters.
