Lef glanced at the document in his hand and looked up at Pryce, continuing, "This data is actually very inaccurate; it's just an approximate figure based on partial statistics."
"The exact figures won't be available for another two months. Many Zheng Dynasty civilians have fled into the mountains to hide, and it will take time for them to come out."
