Chapter 465: Barely Enough to Survive

A massive ship broke through the fog, its enormous hull docking alongside the long pier. The gangway was slowly lowered, and those who had been eagerly waiting on deck rushed down onto the dock.

The first to descend the gangway was a soldier, followed by more soldiers – row upon row of them, standing silently in formation along the pier.

They didn't chant any slogans; they simply lined up spontaneously, waiting for everyone else to arrive. Once complete, they immediately left with their weapons, without looking back.
