A simple 2 - star Mystical Arts spell called conjured a gust of wind that would push an individual to a faster speed. Meanwhile, a similar 2 - star Physical Arts spell also called allowed an individual to reach a faster speed, but it was achieved by imbuing the individual with Air mana, changing their molecular composition to give them the physical ability to run as fast as the wind. Although the effects of the two spells were mostly the same, the application and magic theory were vastly different between the two. Does that mean that you don't can't create Physical Arts spells?
