Inside Abasi's troops were Phithion and a portion of his Warsong Rising's players and guild soldiers. When Phithion saw his benefactor on mounts running through the battlefield, he immediately gathered his nearby forces and followed.
He figured this was a chance for him to show his worth. The supply carts were situated a safe distance away but not too far.
