Queen Fiona was the seventh wife of King Richard and the Queen of a world in the fifth domain called Lyran. Just like the people of Vanta, the Lyrans had also been blessed by the Aquatic gods, and they had very strong affinities for all water-based spells.
That was one of the reasons why Fiona and Bethsa became so close after their first meeting!
