"Aren't you enjoying the play?"
Hesabeth let out a miserable sigh when Jason asked this, and she spoke:
"I enjoyed it quite a lot, but I have a mountain of work still to be done before the night is over. The only reason I stayed so long was because I am a benefactor to the theatre and my presence would boost their morale. Now that I have fulfilled my obligation, I have no more need to stay. Although, if you wish, you could always stay and see the rest of the play. I. don't really require your presence for me to finish my work."
