Looking at the property, a little smaller than his house in Martell Village, Vicente wondered what Nina would think of the place and smiled, considering the thirty gold coins worth of this house. In his savings, he had enough to pay for this place and the one he would use as his family headquarters with Rory and the rest of his armed men.
Rory looked at the two-story house, with parts made of stone and others of wood, feeling that its location was good enough to host Nina and Eve.
"From here, Nina will be able to go to the academy on her own in a year or two."
