The Seidel Kingdom was not a strong state. That was the first and most important problem with following someone's footsteps outside of this state.

If it were hard enough to do it inside the kingdom, it would be much worse to do it outside, with more dangers, expensive service costs, and much more. Not only that, but while there weren't many special magical creatures in the Seidel Kingdom, there were areas outside of it where all kinds of creatures were present.
