According to her, when a monster reaches Level twenty-five, they become Tier One Evolved after acquiring a large amount of mana for the final push. Then, the evolution continues for every twenty-five levels.

Once a creature reaches Level fifty, it gains the qualification to become a Tier Two Evolved.
