This fight was something that was clearly dangerous for Shay and she was realizing that. Originally she thought that Heino would be powerful due to the countless items he had.
He was a mage but one that never showed the full extent of his power. People joined his group because of his leadership and his sincerity, not because of his powers.
The Deleters was part of what made Alter so strong, at least that's what she thought. 'I should have known, Heino is not a man that would allow those in his organization to have more power than himself.
